Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who sees it and how you can control it.
Who we are
Diver Program Kitchen ("we", "us") runs a free recipe website for readers in the United States. Contact: [email protected], 1004 Mountain Ter, Hurst, TX 76053, (817) 595-0398.
What we collect
From you. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic and your message. You do not need an account or a payment to read recipes, and we do not ask for either.
Automatically. Like most websites, our server and our advertising and measurement tools receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the page that sent you here. The pantry finder and the servings switch run in your browser; the ingredients you tick are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your message.
- To run, secure and improve the website and to keep it free of spam.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Google.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who else sees it
Service providers that host the site, deliver email, measure traffic or place ads for us may process data for us under their own terms. Google may use cookies and similar technology when we run Google Ads. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising tools described in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period. Ask us if you want something deleted sooner.
Your choices and state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) you may be able to ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of certain advertising uses. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within the time the law allows. You will not be treated worse for asking.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is completely secure. The website is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Updates
We will post any change here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
